Right by the sandy beaches of Portugal, Nathalia runs her very own consulting business. Surfing as much as possible for 10 years, Nathalia tells us, “surfing gives me insights into life and business. When surfing, you have to have a vision and be sensitive to the ocean because you never know what is going to happen.”
Working with several organisations and brands throughout her early career, she quickly noticed how brands, businesses and entrepreneurs could be doing so much better. Here, feeling inspired, Nathalia began to carve out her own path and launch her solution.
“I want to bridge change in the industry”, she emphasises. “We are all human and we all want to live better, and want others to live better.” Understanding the importance of human connection and how it should form the core of all businesses, across industries. Most of us recognize there is always a need for improvement in our own lives and in the lives of others. . Stressing the importance of diving deep, and being holistically conscious when starting a new business venture. “Business is like a car driving to a destination. You can’t get to a destination in a car, when the car doesn’t work internally. You also cannot drive a car without a destination, because it would end up all over the place.” Making major changes to your business, or when starting a business, should start from the inside out.
